Trafo ve Şalt sahası Merkezleri

Satem Elektrik, Elektrik enerjisini toplamaya veya dağıtmaya yarayan şalt merkezlerimizi, 10 kV’tan 800kV’ta kadar olan trafo merkezleri olarak açık şalt sahalı olarak tesis etmekteyiz. Araziye göre trafo şalt sahaları; Cihaz tipi şalt sahası, Kiriş tipi şalt sahası, toprak üstü şalt sahası olarak uyguluyoruz. Her üç tip şalt sahasında ağır olan transformatörler beton raylar üzerine, sf6 kesiciler ise betonarme kaideler üzerine yerleştiriyoruz.

Distribution substations
Satem Elektrik construct the substations between 10kV to 800kV in open type to collect and distribute the electricity. According to the land type we construct the substations in equipment type, girder type and over the ground type. In all three types we put the heavy transformers on concrete rails and sf6 on the concrete base.

Bu tip şalt sahalar yatay ve dikey şekilde monte edilen kafes kirişlerden yapılır. Baralar gerilmiş şekilde tutturulan zincir izolatörler veya mesnet izolatörler yardımı ile kirişler arasına gergin bir şekilde monte edilir. Ayırıcılar ve diğer hafif gereçler kirişler üzerine tutturulur. Bu şalt sahası deprem ve arazi konusunda sıkıntı çekilen yerlerde kurulabilir.

Girger type Substations :
These type of substations are made from cage girgers mounted in vertical and horizontal.The seperators and the other equipments mounted on the girger.These type of substations are suitable if there is a trouble from the land and earthquake.

Cihaz tipi şalt sahası
Arazinin düz olmadığı yerlerde uyguluyoruz. Ölçü transformatörü olan hafif cihazlar çelik çerçeve üzerine yerleştirilir. Baralar A tipi demir direklere tespit edilen gergi tipi zincir izolatörler arasına gergin bir şekilde yerleştirilerek kuruluş maliyeti ekonomiktir. Dar alanlar içinde tercih edilir.

Equipment type substations :
We use this type substations when the land is not smooth.The transformer of measure is put on a steel frame.The foundation costs are economic and these types are suitable for narrow areas.

Toprak üstü şalt sahası
Bu tip şalt saha üniteleri beton sütunlar üzerine yerleştirilir. Baralar beton kaideler üzerine monte edilen pilonlardaki zincir izolatörler arasına gergin bir şekilde yerleştirilir. Tesisin yere olan yüksekliği fazla olmadığı için maliyeti ucuzdur. Ancak bu tip şalt sahası için geniş ve düz bir alan gereklidir. Toprak üstü tipi şalt sahaları gevşek zemin toprak kayması ve deprem kuşağı olan yerler için uygun değildir.

Over The Ground type Substations :
These type of substations are construct on concrete columns.The foundation cost is economic because height of the substation is not much.But for this type we need a wide and smooth land.This type is not suitable for soft lands and earthquake lands.
